Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Export Heroes, we strive to provide the best training and support for our students. However, due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access to proprietary templates, documents, and community resources, we have a strict refund policy.

2. Training Programs (Launch, Growth, Growth)

Refunds for our training programs are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • You have not downloaded any proprietary templates or documents.
  • You have not attended any 1:1 or group live sessions.

3. Consultation Services

Payments for 1:1 Consultation and Roadmap Calls are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your call once with at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Process for Refund Request

To request a refund, please email team@exportheroes.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
